This website (tamillifecoaching.com) and the brand Tamil Life Coach / Tamil Life Coaching are owned and operated by Limitless Life LLP, referred to in this document as “we”, “us” or “our”. Dr. Sasirekha Chandrasekaran is the lead trainer and the face of the brand.
By registering for any workshop, masterclass or coaching programme offered here, making a payment, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or make a payment.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you confirm that the name, email address and mobile number you provide are true, accurate and your own.
2. What we offer
We provide online education and coaching services delivered live over Zoom in Tamil and English, together with supporting digital materials. Our offerings currently include:
- Paid masterclasses and workshops – short live online sessions (for example a 4-hour masterclass or a multi-day bootcamp), sold at the registration fee displayed on the relevant registration page.
- Long-form coaching programmes – extended live group coaching engagements delivered online over a defined number of weeks, with associated worksheets, recordings and community access.
All of the above are digital services. No physical product is sold, shipped or delivered.
3. Registration, pricing and payment
- All fees are displayed on the relevant registration or checkout page in Indian Rupees (INR). Where a fee is stated as exclusive of GST, GST is charged in addition at the applicable rate.
- Promotional and early-bird pricing may be changed, increased or withdrawn at any time. The price applicable to you is the price shown at the time you complete your payment.
- All payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on this website.
- Your seat is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Confirmation, the Zoom joining link and any WhatsApp or community group invitation are sent to the email address and/or mobile number you provide at checkout.
- Where a programme is offered on an instalment or EMI basis, you remain liable for the full agreed fee. Missing an instalment may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is cleared.
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and mobile number. We are not responsible for non-delivery of joining details caused by incorrect contact information, a full mailbox, or spam filtering.
4. Attending sessions
You are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection, a suitable device and the Zoom application required to attend. We are not responsible for your inability to attend due to connectivity issues, device problems, power failure or personal scheduling conflicts.
Your registration is personal to you. Joining links, recordings, workbooks and community access may not be shared, forwarded, resold or made available to any other person.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation by us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session for operational reasons. If we do so, you will be informed at the contact details you provided and offered either a seat in the next available session or a refund, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
6. Code of conduct
Our sessions and community groups are shared learning spaces. We may remove any participant, without refund, for abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour, for promoting or soliciting for competing offers inside our groups, for recording or redistributing our sessions, or for sharing other participants’ personal information.
7. No guarantee of income or results
Our workshops and programmes are educational. They teach frameworks, tools and methods for building a coaching practice and for personal and professional development. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, number of clients, business result or personal outcome. Any figures mentioned on this website or in our sessions are illustrations of what has been possible for some participants, not a promise or projection of your results. Your outcome depends on your own effort, skill, market, investment of time and many factors outside our control.
Testimonials and case studies shown on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
8. Not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice
Although our trainer holds qualifications in psychology and counselling, the content delivered through this website and our sessions is educational and coaching content only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice or financial or investment advice. Nothing here creates a therapist-client, advocate-client or financial-adviser relationship. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or the appropriate authorities.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our workshops and programmes, including presentations, recordings, workbooks, scripts, frameworks, templates, text, graphics and branding, is the intellectual property of Limitless Life LLP and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use these materials for your own learning only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, resell, distribute, teach from, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
10. Third-party services
We rely on third-party services including Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live delivery), WhatsApp (community and reminders) and email service providers. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any workshop, programme or this website shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the relevant offering. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, opportunity or goodwill.
12. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or platform outages, power failure, natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction or civil disruption.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and will apply to registrations made after that date.
