This Privacy Policy explains how Limitless Life LLP (brand: Tamil Life Coach), operating the website tamillifecoaching.com, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information. By using this website or registering for any of our workshops or programmes, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, city, profession or any other details you enter on our registration, checkout or enquiry forms, or send us by email or WhatsApp.
Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID, net-banking credentials and similar payment credentials are collected and processed directly by Razorpay on their secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. We never see or store your full payment credentials. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, the payment status and the contact details you submitted.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and time spent on them, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and tracking pixels to make the website work, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure and improve our advertising. These include:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) – to measure advertising performance and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this site.
- Analytics tools – to understand aggregate traffic and page performance.

- Zoom – to host and deliver live sessions.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on this website and processing payments only through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website and our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
